I'm writing to let you know how fantastic you were when you helped me purchase my new computer.
I have never had my own computer at home, but I am computer savvy. I have always used the computer that was available to me through school or work. I also had digital cameras and a music player that I could not use because of the security on my work laptop. Whenever I would connect them, the laptop would crash. I sent an email to my techno-geek friends to let them know I wanted to be able to do basic email and web-surfing, work from home, and store pictures & music. I also have a very small space to put it in, as I have a one bedroom apartment. Mark was the only friend who responded who directly addressed what I wanted & needed, not what he thought was cool. Through the whole process, he never recommended what he would want, only what I wanted & needed. Mark always knows the best & cheapest options. He knew the best and cheapest places to get all the peripherals I needed. When it came to the installation, before I knew it, I turned around and it was done. He showed me how to rip & burn CDs & do the things that I was never able to do before on my work computer. Now I can use my camera and music player! Mark is awesome and very knowledgeable about everything regarding computers! Thanks Mark! |
