We will send a certified technician out to your home to make sure your computer is setup for optimum performance and to move any files you may have on your old PC or laptop to your new one. We don't charge a flat rate for a particular service, so if you have multiple issues, they're all covered in one visit with one fee. When setting up a new computer we will: - Ensure a proper internet connection with your ISP is established
- Setup and configure any preipherials that you may have (Printer, scanner, etc...)
- Connect to any shared files or printers as necessary
- Configure wireless network connection as necessary
- Transfer data from old computer to new computer
- Restore favorites, desktop icons, documents and email from old computer
- Configure email accounts to connect to your mail provider
- Basic wire management (prevents the "rats nest" effect under your desk)
