We are proud to announce that as of December 1, 2009, BooSnap Computer Services has two satellite offices for dispatching On-site technicians to the greater Raleigh area.  Our Leesville location will offer a faster response time to our customers in North Raleigh, the Brier Creek area as well as north of I-540.  Our New Bern Ave location will allow us to better serve our customers Inside the Beltline as well as eastern parts of Raleigh and Wake County.  We would like to welcome new customers in these areas who may not be familiar with our superior customer service and welcome you to call upon us for your computer repair needs and find out why we are the best in the business.  At this time we do not offer drop off service at these locations, however we may be expanding our drop off service into these areas soon.  For Computer Drop off, please visit us in our Cary location. 

On site service hours are from 9 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday.  If you need service outside of these times, you may drop off your computer in our Cary branch between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm Monday through Friday or between 10 am and 4pm on Saturday.
